Everything happens so suddenly to me. If I consciously plan on buying something, I won’t be able to find it. I like to just stroll through the city, discover a dress in a storefront, go inside, try it on, and buy it straight from the rack.

Shop online! I love trying out many different things. I think it’s good to have a wardrobe full of opposites: minimalism and classic dresses but also flowery dresses. No summer would be complete without flowery prints.

I need to be comfortable with whatever I’m wearing. I should be able to raise my arms, nothing should be too tight, and I should be able to sit in my usual way. This is especially true for shoes. But this also relates to clothes.

If we compare the past Julia and the present Julia, then I should admit that I’ve changed. Perhaps, I have too high of an opinion about myself, but I do think that Moscow’s changed me for the better. Spiritually, I’ve grown. This is a city that has helped me grow both in terms of profession and lifestyle.

It was easy to give away money when I had little to share. I’m not about keeping all my money safe and locked away. With time, especially after having kids, one does understand that you should plan for some things in the future. But I love giving presents. This brings me great joy. I also love helping others. If I see someone asking for help, I just send the money straight away. No strings attached. And this brings me such relief and the belief that my work is not just for show. And if the people you’ve helped thank you in return, then any other problems completely fade into the background.
